In February 2009, Sir David was asked by the Prime Minister to review corporate governance in UK banks and financial institutions in light of the experience of critical loss in the financial system. He published a consultation paper on 16 July and his report with final recommendations was published on 26 November 2009. Former Chairman of Morgan Stanley International.
